House of Don – Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
We hope you love your House of Don purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, we are happy to offer exchanges depending on stock availability.
To request an exchange:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Send the item back in its original condition
Once received, we will ship the new size.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
